Dear sir/madam I order mi10i mobile and screengaurd and back cover on 23 June 2021 and I cancelled on the same day. But still my amount is not credited to my account. Order number 7933. As my credit card intrest charges are high how can I pay such a big amount.
I called sooo many times to Amazon customer service they keep on draging it and extending the dates to resolve issue initial lly they told 5 th of this month and next they said 15th of this month and again they said 100% it I’ll get resolved by 23rd of this month today I called to check again they are extended to next three business days what is happening I got totally confused. If it not resolved immediately I already spoke to a layer to raise a complaint against the issue legally. Please decided yourself as I fedup with this issue
