I am not getting any help regarding order no[protected] and[protected].
I have ordered the Clarks Men’s Black Leather Formal shoe (UK-7/Indian 41) at the Price of Rs. 3200
The order was delivered on 12/07/2021 within 5 mins I have lodge a complaint with Amazon that I have received Red Tape women shoe inside the package which I’ve instead of Clarks Men’s Black Leather Formal shoe.
They provide replacement against that product. After that I have received the product on 13/07/2021 in this package I literally received two bricks instead of Clarks formal shoe.
I again made lodge complaint with amazon customer care in this regard they (Amazon customer care executive) However I urge them to please provide the replacement of my shoe but they directly denied my request with this statement (we have to made So Called investigation on your complaint for that will take up to 5-7 days I said please proceed with your so called investigation).
I said its okay If you will check with your backend team regarding this scam or what I call (miss management of amazon). I have not thought that amazon provide me this kind of resolutions and all.
After the given time they called me and said our investigation is completed now I will share the with you the results with your complaint and our investigation report. They said you have made fake / false complaint against this product as per Amazon’s executive statement.
Then I said that Please transfer my call to your senior executive present next to you. Again they said the same statement.
At the end they denied we will neither provide you the replacement nor refund.
But sir Now I want refund from Amazon along with their sorry.
Within that point of time or can say within conversation they send an email on my email id registered with amazon to Kindly share my Id proofs i.e., PAN and AADHAR CARD or any other govt. ID cards issues by state govt. or central govt.
I have attached all the documents related with this concern along with that particular email as well in which they want/need my ID proof.
Kindly help me out with this problem.
