On 17th June I have received a product flip mobile which is “energizer”,
when we open the product was defective like battery not in a good also it was switching on, all over the was delivered with dead condition. after that we have requested for replacement, Delivery person refused to take the old product and replace new one, because the phone not switched on. we have informed the delivery person that the came with defective condition.
I have disappointed with the replacement procedure, so I have requested to return the product with the help of customer care. For the second time it was not picked up from me.
Second time they have pick up the product from me on 24th June, but it was picked up from me still the defective product is with me. there was no proper response from delivery person.
Today 25th June I connected with customer care, more than 10 days I am waiting for the return money. pls support to refund as soon as possible.
