I bought Amazfit Bip U Pro on[protected] and it got delivered on[protected]. I tried using this product for three days and I found that Alea is not working properly and Gps option is not working.
I tried contacting Amazon customer care on[protected] and the customer care agent kept me on hold for 20 mins with no response from her side.
And I disconnected the call and tried contacting customer care again and again but no luck. Later on, I came to know that I was blocked from contacting customer care for doing unusual activity in my account(But I didn’t do anything other than calling customer care).
Can you please help me with this?
