Product- Samsung 551 L 2 Star ( 2019 ) Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator(RT56K6378SL/TL,
Payment – Credit card.
As per order mail, scheduled delivery for this product was on june 30, 2021 so I planned accordingly but did not receive product.
After 30 june I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things.
I complained coustomer care more than 10 time and each time different timeline was given to delivery of this product.
After escalating till 19 july, I have received call from Aruna(ECR team member of amazon) and she assured me that do not worry your product will be shipped and wait for 2-3 business day.
As per conversation I waited till 23 july but did not get any update regarding shipment of this product.on 24 july, I called to customer care to get that update of this order then knew that cancellation of this order is already initiated.
I asked why cancellation of this order is done without informing us then customer team agent told me that “ECR team is handling this issue and he can only provide any information regarding this issue” I asked to transferred this call to ECR team then customer team agent told me that “call can not be transferred and ECR team will call back you within 24 hours.I waited for 24 hour but did not receive any call then I started contacting again by call, mail and social media twitter for contacting ECR team.
On 26 july amount is refunded to my credit card account and received call from Aruna (ECR team meber of Amazon) and she told that “I was on leave, sorry for difficult series of event”. I asked for compensation and she offered gift card as a gesture of goodwill also but I did not accepted because I was very less amount compare to loss happened to me due to mistake of amazon. I am expecting some more compensation..
