I ordered usha gas stove worth rs 8000 from Amazon and it was delivered in a poor packaging with the box and out cover torn it had all the parts missing ( burners, utensil holder, one knob) basically i received a useless product in a very poor condition along with damaged parts . I placed a replacement request for which they said it needs to go under return request as the parts are missing . I placed the return request 3 time but no one came to pick it up and the money is not refunded as well . I have raised this with amazon customer care services thrice and everytime they mention that it will be picked up in next 72hrs and that doesn’t happen . I have no idea what to do next .
