I bought Eureka Forbes AquaSure from Aquaguard Delight (RO+UV+UF+MTDS) 7L water purifier, 7 stages of purification with Ultra Filtration (White) from Amazon and during the installation I found that the product was defective. And as per Amazon the technician must provide the product defective report but the technician that came for installation said they don’t provide anything like that.
But After calling customer support and explaining the details to them I finally got the replacement and it was really a quick process. Thank you for that.
But now I got the product delivered on 29 th July but since that it is just sitting there in the box. I tried contacting Amazon support as well as Eureka Forbes support but nothing. No one has contacted me yet for the installation and it has been more than 7 days now.
And I am not hoping the product to be defective again but if it is that firstly in my Amazon account it shows the replacement date as 9 th but I won’t come to know if the product is defective until the installation is done and also you are asking for product defective report but please check with Eureka Forbes as they are not providing anything like that.
Please help me resolve this issue aa soon as possible. I have been a prime member since a long time and I never had such experience with Amazon before.
