A return pickup for an item (Haber handwoven bag) has been rescheduled FOUR times and every single time NO ONE has come for pickup. Amazon keeps just rescheduling the pickup date and promising it will ‘100% happen next time’ but every SINGLE TIME NO ONE shows up for pickup. This is coming across as a scam. If no one picks up the item, there will be no refund!
I have called CC three times, who have twice promised to escalate the issue. I have also complained on Twitter and the social media team also promised to escalate the issue. But this is all a lie. The return procedure is completely and deeply flawed right now. It is basically a LIE. Please solve this issue. It has become a complete joke. I am a customer since 2013 and this ordeal is harassing a regular and loyal customer.
On top of that, I also got a notification saying ‘return was cancelled at the time of pickup on Aug 7, which is a COMPLETE LIE. Nobody showed up for pickup for the FOURTH TIME and then on top of that you have the audacity to lie. Are you never going or pick this up? Will this go on forever?
During these stressful times, this is how Amazon India is treating such a LOYAL customer? I am a doctor – Dr. Sanjeev Varma and have lost all faith in Amazon. It is upto Amazon now to deal with this. I do not want any cheap freebies. All I want is PEACE of mind that things will go smoothly and I can place an order with the TRUST that I can return it without HARASSMENT like this.
