Sir,

We are management college named shepa based at varanasi.
We are using online acpl ups from last 5 years. Acpl – ups 20 kva installed at our college was not functioning and was repaired for many times without any proper result.
20 kva ups at shepa is currently not working due to blast in igbt on 10 april 2016.
Apart from various reminders to your varanasi office till now no one has attended the fault. Within 1 month the said ups has been repaired for many times. After various complaint till now no one from acpl has attended the complaint.
