Hello All,

I have purchased Ambrane Tablet phone last year June’ 2013. The received product got repaired within 2 weeks of purchase. I have raised request and sent an email to Ambrane Co. in the month of July’2013 to look into the issue. After sending lot of emails, regular calls they have responded and took the tablet phone for repair in the month of February’ 2014, it took more than 6 months for initial response.

After sending the product for repair I have received the product in 15 days ( March’ 2014). When I started using the tablet, it again started giving me trouble. Again I have sent lot of emails, made calls and they have responded in the month of May’ 2014. I have sent the product to them in the month May’ 2014 and I didn’t received proper response from them and didn’t received my tablet phone as well.

Whenever I am sending emails they’re not responding well and making me run around. Its almost 2 months that I didn’t received my product back. Their Product is not good and their Service is too bad.

Before purchasing the product they said that, they have service centers all over the India and their will be no problem in service. But after purchasing they said that they have only one service centre i.e, in Delhi.
So whenever the customer gets problem, they have to send the product to Delhi for repair. So they are cheating customers and increasing their sales.

Ambrane Co. is cheating people with wrong information. Please take action against them.
