I am here to complaint about the Human Resource Kamal Tiwari at American Express. My first interview was taken by him on telephone in the month of November when i applied for AmEx through a consultant. He rejected me giving the feedback that my communication skills were not upto the mark, whereas on the same call after the interview he told me that he has taken the interview in advance and there is no hiring in any process in AmEx and asked me if I am comfortable for joining in the last of December. However, he ended rejecting me.
I again applied for AmEx after working on myself on 14th December 2020 via reference of my friend working in AmEx, on the next day I received a call from Kamal and he asked me that is I am the same person who had an interview last month, I told him that it is me. He asked me that if I am comfortable in working in voice or non voice work, I told him that I am comfortable with both. He ended the call without asking or saying any other thing and said that the recruitment HR will keep me updated.
Again I recieved the same feedback that he rejected me on the basis of communication skills. The problem is not rejection, the problem is that he judged me without even listening or examining.
I am only requesting that this should be taken care of because people like me who have enthusiasm to work in American Express loose there belief in the company when come across these kind of people.
