I had joined a corporate where there was a policy to apply for Amex Card. It’s been 2+ months that I had applied, however, American Express sends all one way communication through emails and phone calls. At one end, they are saying, I have received my card (which I did not), at the other end, BlueDart courier is sending an SMS saying, they could not deliver the card as no one was there. I got another call from Amex representative that no one was there in the specified address. Firstly, there is always a security personnel to whom they can deliver, or the least is they (courier person) are supposed to call me while delivering it. Meanwhile, I received another call from Amex representative who was explaining me the product features, although I said, I have not yet received the card, for which he said I would receive it in 4 working days.
And when I wrote an email to Amex, they did not reply to the said email, however, I got a separate email in a new thread citing the below:
“Dear Applicant,
Greetings for the day !
Thank you for applying for an American Express® Card. We have received your application. However we will not be able to process your application due to our internal policies. You will receive a letter with the detailed reason on the address provided in your application.
Thanks & Regards,
American Express

Am wondering if they even want any clients at all. The process to track the application is just crazy!
