Hello Amex Team,
I am writing this email and I am so much frustrated with you guys and the Amex customer support mean no support. I was very much frustrated with my one bill I have already informed the person to block my cards and my account in Feb 2020 and I already blocked my primary card on last year Oct-Nov 2019. But you guys are saying the transaction has been happening after 4 months of blocking the card and my secondary card in march 2020 Which is totally not true. I had a conversation with Rajshree once and she promised me that I will get the resolution within two days, but no response no call back from anyone. Every time you guys promised me for a call back by a manager or some senior person, but no response no call back I received from any. Every time you guys doing fake promises, but not taking customer seriously. I have used the Amex card for more than a year and paid my huge bills on time without any delay of a single min. and you guys not believing me because of this small amount bill. Two times before also I faced the fraud issue because of which I blocked my primary card and as per your customer support agent I destroy that card on the same day. I want to know how it is possible that the blocked card can be used again without unblocked request Is this is the security you guys promised to the customer.
I am calling you guys again and again, but there is no ownership I saw from your side now, please don’t make the excuse of this Covid-19 in front of me because it was two months passed away and if you guys not able to give resolution in two months that means it’s totally waste to open this bank. Sorry to say, but I am really so much frustrated now, below are the reference number for each call. Now I will not make any call to anyone for any reason and I will not going to pay that bill also. I was writing this email last time and after this I will not call you guys or do anything for this. I want this account to clear, but I think you guys don’t want that. I thought Amex was the best and most secure to use and I blocked my this account only because I thought I will again reopen the new account with high credit limit, but you guys not give any respect to the customer who is paying his all bills with full loyalty and on Time. BUT YOU GUYS BROKEN MY TRUST
