Ltd(BPO OPERATIONS INDIA)(Golf Course Road, Harizan Colony, DLF Phase 5, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122022) Telephone : [protected] for mentally harassing me and causing me financial hardship in these difficult times of global pandemic covid 19.It has been more than 65 days since I applied for my provident fund withdrawal with American Express India now.I was informed byTeam Retiral on 30 November 2020 that the team had accepted my provident fund form and were going to process the same in the 1st week of December and I was going to receive my payment by 2nd week of December.On 6 December 2020 I was informed by Moksha Kandpal that my payment was going to be processed before 11 December 2020.Again on 10 December 2020 I was informed by Team Retiral that my payment was going to Released on 11 December 2020, Friday by 8 PM.

It is my humble request to you sir/mam please help me in solving this issue and credit my pf balance along with a fair Compensation for the mental and financial hardship American Express has caused me during this whole process as soon as possible.
