I applied for online bba course on 20th june. I made the payment because they told me that offer period is ending. But very next day an unfortunate event happened with me. Because of which, i thinking i might not be able to gove proper time to my studies. So i am planning to drop this year. I requested my admission counselor for the same. But he didn’t helped me. After talking to few friends i got to know about [protected]@amityonline.com. i mailed them for the request for refund.
And this email was sent approximately on 24-25 june. I also requested my admission counselor for the contact details of anyone of senior management who is responsible for refunds or admission. To which he said there’s no one.
After the email was sent. I got the call from escalations. But they stopped receiving my calls and stopped replying to emails after knowing that i am applying for refund.
Now after a month. I tried reaching out to admission counselor again. And to my surprise he doesn’t cares.
Amity has no system. No framework nothing. Even after a month of payment I haven’t received any proof of payment. Nor i have received any updates on refund status or admission procedure.
I have paid semester fee even before they took any docs from me.
Just give me my money according to UGC guidelines. I don’t want to be your student or Study at a place where students are treated like third world citizens.
