Dear Amul Team,
With Great disappointment I am writing this email. I thought being a retailer and selling a brand like Amul in the store is the best thing. But after an year got to know that we should encourage the local player or new player and sell their products.
Because Amul is already big brand and they don’t need any support from small retailer like us.
From Past 8 months neither I got a single phone call nor an email revert from Amul team. I have been in touch(only SMS) with Ms. Supriya Singh but she is so busy that she can’t spare 10min to talk to me and she always tells me to
reach out to distributor or SO Mr. Niran who cheated me and of no use.
• Distributors denying to provide the account statement & duplicate invoices for the purchases I made. Surprisingly even Mr. Niran told he don’t have any data.
We purchased the items because of Amul not because of Distributor now Brand has to help us.
• GST not uploaded and distributor NOT shared any GST details with us.
• Intentionally they have given less margin and cheated us. Requested Mr. Niran and SD Distributor to provide the right margin but they denied saying that’s the best they can do.
Now they have to refund the difference amount with interest.
• Not picked up any expiry/damage items till now. Company wont take the Expiry/damage items back Is that true? Even for customer return they will ask us not to exchange. How can retailer take the burden if items get expiry?
