Unfortunately, it was deactivated by the management and was left dormant for a while. I want tell you that your employee did not take care of taking image of my signature. While signing the demat account opening form they guided with a mark and this mark attached with my sign in the image, now for dormant activation they are telling me to sign with the mark which was not a part of my signature, you can varify with the pan card signature. So please take it seriously and take necessary action for reactivate my account.
