Hello.
I have tried to withdraw Rs25, 000 from union bank atm at narayanguda on 30th of june. Out of which i received Rs10, 000 first and Rs5000 next but the next Rs10, 000 i didn’t receive. The amount showed as debited in my account and i didn’t receive the cash of Rs10, 000. I have immediately complained to the customer service and they asked me to wait for 1 day and if not reflected they asked me to call back. The amount was not reflected and i called them back and they registered a complaint assuring me to get it solved in 12days. It been beyond 12days and i haven’t received the amount. The customer care isn’t responding well too with the same
Please help me out.
