I using angel broking app ( my client id is R393041 )from one week from that time I am facing so many problems not even with app I can say “with angel broker” .Due to these problems I have faced too much loss. IN STARTING days I couldn’t understand how to arrange proofs of their fraud after some days I got idea of screenshots. When ever I bought option in carry forward and hold for next day that day they changed my profit in loss after close market and not even small change they changed 20 % loss from profit in my position you can see in screenshot
no 1 and 2 off market changes in client position!!! And second proof of their aap fraud is i am selling nifty option with small loss on market rate and that option not closing in my position infect i seen new lots showing in my position that is also with big loss, that time i really frustrated and i decide to hold for next day, may be it will come on small loss but around 3 pm they sold automatically without my order you can see in screenshots no 4, 5and 6 …My Rs.2.28 lac come down on Rs. 1 lac . I have send lots of mails with screenshots but there is no solution yet . I hope angel broking customer care employees understand my problem and refund me all which I have lost with app fault and without my fault… and I am facing other problem that is I can’t withdraw my money from angel broking app when I click on withdrawal money there is showing zero. I hope they will solve this problem also .
