Dear Sir,
My Client ID of Angel Broking is :SEMC10322.. I Forgot my password and tried doing a password reset today at 9.15am..
The Mobile App mentioned that the new password has bee sent to the registered Email and Mobile number.
Since i did not get email or SMS i did the exercise again and repeated it 3-4 times more.
Not a Single SMS was sent by Angel Broking till now, however they are promptly indicating that it being sent to your registered mobile number.
When i checked my email, I did recieve the Mails, however there is Lag time of 5-10 mins for the emial to recieved in my Inbox..
Such poor service has resulted in a loss for me as i could not square off my position.
Lastly thier Customer Support number mentioned in emails, there is no one to answer the calls. Called 6 times and no response. It only rings rings and rings..
Would request you to take this up very strongly for putting customers through such Poor experience and Metal strain.
