I havce placed order on nifty option on 28th july around 12.00 pm alongwith STOP LOSS HIT TARGET TOO. it was big lot of 10 and whenver i tried to modified it it ddidnt work and i left it thught that once traget was hit it will square off. however PRICE GOES BEYOUND BELOW STOP LOSS MARKET and i have saved all screen shot and recording too but didnt hit back . market goes down of that price tremendously resulting loss of more than 20 k in few minutes. it is becuase their so called robust system didnt work and executed the order. infact in web login it didnt work. sent various screenshot and videos to them but no response. CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NEVER RESPONSED BACK. CALLED UP 20 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE . VERY PPOR AND WORSE SERVICE IN THE SYSTEM. DO NOT RELY ON ANGEL BROKING NO ONE LISTEN THEY ARE SMART ENOUGHT TO CHARGE BROKERAGE CHARGES ETC ON TIME AND PROMPTLY but when it comes to service i have faced big loss because of them. network was ok . ALL PRICES GOING DOWN WAS VISIBLE THATS WHY I SHOOT THE SCREEN RECORDING TOO. very bad service .
