I faced technical issues due to which I have to suffer loss or miss the opportunity to earn profit.
Earlier I suffered from huge losses due to order pending issue and no action was taken and today also I faced the same issue . Its been more than an hour I executed the trade at 41 price -Nifty 50 -29 July CE 15650
And the price reached at 86 and order didn’t get executed. I waited so long to get in touch with your executive and was finally able to reach after 30-45 minutes… Now the market is started going and I lost the opportunity to recover my previous losses but the technical issues with this app made that impossible.
I missed 2250 profit today and I want that to be credited in my account as a compensation.
Earlier also due to their technical issues I have to incurred losses of total amount to more than 15000
No support has been received since beginning.
