I have booked an independent floor unit (Unit no. Ff-3167) in your project avante/woodwinds versalia sec 67a gurgaon on november 2013. And had signed a flat buyer agreement with ansal phalak infrastructure pvt. Ltd.
After paying 30% of the cost which is 38 lakhs, in october 2014, i received a letter stating that the layout plan has been revised and i need to sign a new builder buyer agreement which i subsequently did in early 2015. Also my unit no. Was changed. Within the agreement it has been mentioned that the possession of floor will be within 36 months of signing the agreement. That means that by[protected] i should get possession of the floor.
On visiting the project site in the last few months i have noticed that there has been no progress on the structure. I also approached your sales office and met their sales representatives – mr. Vaibhav and mr abhishek singh. They have given me assurances a number of times that the work will be initiated within a few days. However they have given me false promises and i do not see any progress on the site at all.
In november 2017, ansal they told me that again the plan layout has been changed and now the project is under rera and we will get the possession by august 2020.
However i visited the site many times but there is not a bit of construction started in sector 67a.
Also i came across the news in which ncdrc orders ansal phalak infrastructure to refund buyer’s money with interest for project ansal versalia.
I am continuously contacting ansal sales but there is no response from them. I request your attention to kindly solve my issue with and help me to provide my hard earned money from the builder.
