We brought AO Smith Z1 model water purifier on Jan 30’2021 and after 2 months o[censored]sage it Started showing SCPA symbol. Raised complaint for service and I got different answers from different technicians saying filters needs to be replaced and this answer is without checking physically the product. And later after escalation to Manager, another technician came and reset the water purifier where he is said it is due to water bubble block in this model.
And again after 15 days of this same issue repeated like showing SCPA symbol and UV filtration stopped and again the same story happened like technician came and reset the water purified again where it started working back again.
And again after 15 days now we got same issue where it is showing again SCPA symbol and Filter stopped.
Technicians are not able to provide permanent solution or this might be defaulted product.
This is not acceptable to get the same issue for every 15 days. Here I am providing my service request numbers till date for your reference.
