I have raised my concern about water purifier not working and we are struggling to get drinking water from outside. I raised the ticket on 5 th July but nobody responded and I have given call again on 8th July but again there is no proper response on the solution.
I’m approaching expiry of my warranty and due to that purposefully not responding. Its looking like a cheating.
I want service immediately otherwise I will escalate to next level. I will go to consumer forum.
