We have purchased Ao Smith Z8 10 L RO Water Purifier (Black) on 17 dec 2020.At that time also, the product got installed after about one month of delivery in around last week of jan 2021. Now the RO is not starting.We already launched the compaint on 31 july 2021.But it has been 9 days, there is no response from the service team.Whenever we call customer care, they simply say that the product will be repaired/serviced soon.But we dont get any concrete/exact date as when they will send engineer to service it. There is no follow up by the company to resolve the complaint lodged on priority basis.The complain is hanging in their system with status as “open” .That’s what it shows from past 9 days.
