I have a AO smith Water purifier Z8 model. 10 days back i had filed the complaint on [protected](AO smith customer care).
The technician was sent at my place the same day. The problem with the RO was, the tank was not being filled but the waste water output was too much. The technician told us one of the filter will be changed. He changed pur filter with one of the old kept with him, and told us that tomorrow he will get the new filter.
He cam the next day and changed it with the new filter. Same day at night around 2am the purifier started beeping FULL, which never happened earlier. Then we switched off the RO. Next day i again filed a complaint, and again the same technician came and told us that the PCV battery is low in the display panel. So he changed the battery and charged ₹110/-.
Again the same night the RO started beeping and we turned it off again.
And next day i again had to file the complaint. The technician called the next day telling that he is coming in 1 hour. And till today he hasnt come neither did he receive our calls. And the RO is still not working. And we are drinking the bottled water.
Today morning again I filed the complaint to which I was told, my issues will be resolved on priority but since morning I havent received any call or message yet.
This is very pathetic customer care service from AO smith.

Kindly escalate the matter, and aolve it at the earliest.
