Regarding Meter::[protected]MACHILIPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH)
Executive is coming and informing that his scanner is not allowing to take meter reading since 4 months. When we are cross checking he is telling that bill will come online you can pay overthere directly and if it happens next time, he will raise a complaint. I didnt understand his concept as he is saying same old reason since 4 months and not looking for any sort of resolution. Kindly request you to please consider this as high priority and do the needful by resolving this issue.
When trying to raise a complaint through website, it is also not working properly. Attached is the screenshot FYR.
