It is with reference to APEX service India worst service in RO – I bought 2 year AMC from them in 2018.
Now every time service is due, we need to remind them about the service time and they don’t visit you unless you call them multiple times a day and they will visit you after weeks time.

There service and behavior is worst among worst and they charge everything in advance so there is no chance of getting your hard earn money back from them.

My recent service experience is even more than worst, first they changed outside filter saying that they don’t have inner filter on the servicing day.

Then after reminding them multiple time about inner filter which they forgot to change, it finally got changed but now the water is coming with fowl smell and water is also coming in less quantity.

This contaminated water is dangerous as anyone can be ill after drinking this water and it is very much possible that if you drink the same water regularly then you can be prone to jaundice.So we are buying water from outside.

Even now, after multiple complains about bad water from filter they are sending no body as our AMC with them will be ending in september 2020 so probably that could be the reason of not taking cognizance of the matter.

I would like to alert everyone that never buy anything from such a fraud company. I will be putting more such contents in social media to aware all Delhi NCR people.
