I have Joined to Apextelecom as a DME and I have taken “”RECHARGE PARTNER” option by paying 1000 Rs., From this I have opened Online Recharging Shop. If I recharged morning customer will get balance evening for some recharges, for this I cant take money from customer because they wont get balance in front of me and it will show failure also . I informed to apex, they telling “”Recharge is success””, I am also accepting recharge is success but when customer get success. And morning it will show failure and Customer wont get balance, Evening it will show success and customer will get recharge amount to his/her mobile apex will deduct from my balance for success but customer will tell I dont get balance. If I asked to Apex they will tell only one answer Recharge is success ” for this customer don”t give money” I lost thousand rupees and above. please dont take anybody Recharge Partner option. If we get failure also customer will get recharged amount that is also It may be two or three hours or evening from Recharged Time and apex will deduct money from my balance if we inform also they wont cancel that recharge and they wont return money.
