Myself HARSHA NATH SARMA, Male-73. UHOD No. AHA1.[protected]. Need online consultation with Dr. P. Soundararajan, Nephrologist. But before such consultation I need to send my current lab test reports and other relevant documents for perusal of Dr. Soundararajan. Found no way/ menu option in any apollo app or portal to send those documents. No help was done by customer care desk after several communications. Contacts were made to Local Apollo Clinic but they couldn’t help me. PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO HOW MY CURRENT LAB TEST REPORTS AND OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS CAN BE SENT TO CONCERNED ONLINE CONSULTATION SECTION FOR BOOKING ONLINE DOCTOR.
