CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU, Pin: 600006 on 11th March 2021.
Surprisingly, from yesterday there is a query and hospital cashless dept people are not interested in providing the reply. Today morning ( 12th March 2021) from TPA’s end, I myself sent query letter again at the email ID [protected]@apollohospitals.com. In response they said, they can not reply to our query. They want hard cash. They were so rude & did not want to reply against our query.
Sir, what is the use of opening cashless dept, if your people are so rude in behaviour & they are not interested in providing cashless. They want only cash. Imagine our customer went to your hospital all the way from Assam & due to your cashless dept staff’s sick behaviour, finally he had to pay cash. Is this the kind of training you give them ??? Is this your intension of service ??
We criticize such unethical behaviour & we demand a written statement against our query.
