I have taken vaccine on 1st June in Apollo Jayanagar 3rd Block. While asked for certificate during vaccination, all representatives said it will be uploaded soon and will be available online. It’s almost 20 days and certificate is not uploaded. While calling to customer care, they are saying they will give the certificate of current date which is almost 20 days late and affecting my next dose date. I can not risk my health due to representative mistake. I have a receipt and appointment details with me. Please update my vaccination details with correct date.
