I have ordered vaporizer and mask from Apollo through phonepe with order id[protected] on April 4th 2021. for almost 1 month i am unable to see my order in my ordered folder. i have contacted apollo through this consumer complaints. they said that order will be deliver lately. recently in my orderd is showing that i have bought vaporiser and mask in hydernagar (smr vinay) apollo pharmacy. but i have ordered in online mode through phonepe switch. since 26th april 2021 i am raising issue in consumer complaints and apollo help in apollo app, my issue was not solved. its almost 40 days i am trying to solve about my order. but my order was not solved. how many times i am raised ticket, customer care doesnot responding. they are not calling me for solving my case. i am orderd through online mode then why it is showing as offline mode with different order id and different date.(23rd april 2021 at 09:23am). i have ordered on 26 april 2021 eve time. please sove my issue as soon as possible. how many days do you take to solve this issue. if your unable to deliver then stop taking online orders. please refund my money. every pic will be attached for your reference. from starting date. in phonepe switch and apollo app.
