My name – r thilagavathi. I have taken health insurance policy for rs500000/- policy no.120100/12001/2016/a005425/pe00199236 on 30.03.2016. Renewal premium debited for the year 2017 also during march2017. During 2018, premium debited from my account with in 30days from the date of the duedate. I. E. During april 2018. But the premium again recredited to my sb account during june 2018. I have informed the agent, bank about this. But nobody have given me any valid reply. But the agent told me to remit the premium for the year 2018, so that the coverge willbe given from the starting period. With his promise, again i have remitted premium during november 2018. Along with me, i have taken 2 other policies for my husband and son also, each for rs.500000/-. But to my utter dismay, back date coverage was not given for my policy. I have tried several times. But my problem not solved. Your company representative replied very rudely. So i want to discontinue all the 3 policies from your company. My a/c should not be debited towards premium for this year.
