I (Mrs. Rohini valluru) and my daughter (Miss. V v srimukhi) having apollo munich policy with following numbers respectively
Every year we are getting problem with renewal process, we have approached your team
1. Mr. Lohi[protected]
2. Mr. Sanjay das[protected]
3. Mr guru[protected]
And called the above guys several times (Last 10-15 days) to resolve the issue. We are maintaining sufficient funds in our bank account which was linked to policy and auto renewal option is also enabled from bank side.
How ever your employees are not at all responding and resolving my problem, and we are approaching consumer form and irde to take action against the team.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to get active state for my policies also request you to take an severe action against the above said employee so that other customers may not face the same problem.
