With reference to order number – #[protected]. on 19th April’21 I ordered a pulse oximeter which was defective. It didn’t switch on even after putting multiple new batteries in it. I have raised atleast 50 email on the helpline and atleast have call 150 time on the customer care helpline yet no resolution on this issue. Please help me get a refund on this product.
