Hi,
There has been a huge delay in delivery of critical medicine for
Order#[protected].The order was placed on 25th Apr2021 8:44AM & yet to deliver as on 17th Apr 2021 11:30 AM.
My Client ID(UHID) is APJ1.[protected].
This issue can be summerized as follows:
1)Contrary to to the popular claim of 2-3 hrs delivery, the order has taken more than 48 hrs with no information as to when the order will delivered.
2)Customer care is atrocious in their response, Most of the time customer care helpline is non reachable or is playing auto tune
3)The 247 app of apollo pharmacy does not provide information as to which local pharmacy will fulfill the order
4) Jadavpur Garfa pharmacy where the Order was mapped has totally indifferent /calous attitude towards the order & dont care care to inform th customer that the order is delayed for whatever reason.Its the onus on customer to followup on his order.
5) Whatsapp chat help line only caters to some tailor made reply & lacks intelligency to understand the problem
Kindly help in getting the medicines delivered at the earliest.
