Today, the Apollo Pharmacy at Kumaran Nagar, Peravallur, Chennai-82 with phone No.[protected] has not accepted my ICICI BANK Sapphiro Credit card with wifi facility and insisted for cash payment for my purchase. The reason stated is “net work issue”. This is not acceptable to me. The shop owner should have alternate POS with better net work and accepted my credit card. After some heated argument, I cancelled my order worth of Rs.3, 500/- and placed order with some other medical shop. Please take necessary action and arrange to resolve the issue with this pharmacy and try to encourage digital payments. Don’t expect customers to have Plan A (Digital Payment) and, if failed, to have Plan B (Cash Payment) also for every purchase in your pharmacy.
