[protected] At around 3.49 pm I got a call from Mobile No. :[protected]. He told that he was from Swiggy. We refused that we have not given any order to Swiggy. The phone was cut. Since that person was calling my name & number correctly. That’s why just after a minute, we called him back to know what was in order. That person stated that he will talk to his back end supplier & disconnected the phone
[protected] At 4.06 pm one message was received by me that Order has been delivered. We saw this message at around 4.45 pm. We instantly called that person again & ask for at which address the Order was delivered? That person intimated that when we refused that any order was given by us; he with help of GPRS gone to some place as appearing. HE WAITED THERE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES & FINALLY HANDED OVER THE ORDER TO ONE PERSON; STANDING AT THE SIDE OF ROAD.

I am not concern with delivery person but only with my contents of order given. The retailer is responsible for the order until it is delivered to me, not the delivery company.
