I placed an order for a pack of adult diapers on April 16th and was told will be delivered that same day.
On 17th, the app shows status as cancelled due to high volume or logistics
This is the first time I placed an order from your app.
No info about delivery until the next day, when promised to deliver the product on the same day.
No proper channel for customer service.
No phone number.
The chat system sucks.
I usually never use this website as I have memberships on other apps, but because they promised same day delivery, I had to turn to Apollo.
When it comes to paying for the order, there was no waiting but once I’ve paid, I’m being played the fool by y’all.
Why is no followup on my refund?
Your app says it will be refunded within 10 to 15 days, and I am still waiting for the refund.

There is no customer service number that I can call, I’ve sent dozens of email reminders, Not a single one replied.
On 6th may, A lady from customer service called and told me I’ll be receiving the refund within 5-6 days, for sure.
It’s May 13th today, still no sign of the refund.
