I urgently needed a oxymerter. So I ordered from Apollo as it was showing the date of delivery of 12th May. But on 12th May, the date got caunged to 17th. Since then neither I got any calls from delivery service nor any further mails. After multiple tickets and chasing for constantly 5 days, I got a mail saying refund has been initiated and you would get the refund of 1487.50 within 5-7 days. I didn’t get any money. When I raised another ticket on 30th, I am now getting a mail that a refund of rs. 510 has been initiated and that too it will refunded within 10-14 days!? You have been playing for last 20 days. This is the worst service provider ever. I would advise everyone not to ever use Apollo for any online orders.
