Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Order Placed at Apollo app for medicines via app Order ID No.[protected] and paid through paytm wallet.
I have not received the product till now whereas App is showing the products are delivered. I immediately raised a complaint with Apollo pharmacy customer support ticket No. ## 523373 ##] Issue raised by customer: [protected] but no response received so far.
Again I raised the complaint in www.Resolver.in case ID Apollo Pharmacy case: RES7242030 on 10th May 2021.
The next day I got a call from Apollo that they will refund the amount but still, no refund received.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
