I have purchased an Oximeter on 21/05/2021. The very next day it was giving improper readings and then we realised that the product is not working properly. It was purchased from Tribeni Apollo Pharmacy, Pin code 712503. Site ID is 13243.
We are a regular customer of this pharmacy. When we visited the shop for exchanging the product the staff behaviour was not up to the mark and they clearly said that they won’t be able to take any responsibility. The product has an warranty of 1 year.
Now my question is in this pandemic situation where the person who have purchased the Oximeter is suffering from Covid, do we really expect this behaviour and service from such a big brand?.
It’s my earnest request to take immediate action and make a way to replace the product.
