I have bought a new Tata Tiago XTA on 2021 march. After 2 month my front tyre got damaged tyre is made by Apollo. After that 2 months lockdown started due to corona and I have reached out the nearest Tata authorised service center EVOLT tata pathiripala, palakkad kerala.
They helped me with the process they have contacted The tyre manufacturer (appolo) and they have rejected my request. I’m attaching the report for your reference.
My car ran only 2830 KM and a new tyre got damaged and they are and company rejecting my replacement request..Then what is the point of taking. New tyre and warranty. if I have purchased Yokohama tyres then giving 4 year warranty and they are oke with replacement also. I hope you can understand my frustration. Please do the needful ASAP.
