Dear sir / madam,
I dikshant aneja took admission in appin technology lab (Pitampura, netaji subash palace, dmall) eon 28th june 2013 in hacking diploma course for the duration of six months worth rs 70000.
Initially they provided with right faculty for that course mr. Gaurav bhardwaj for around 1. 5 months. Hardly they gave classes for 1. 5 months regularly after that they have some internal conflicts with that faculty and mr gaurav bhardwaj left the institute.
Now they provided a faculty of networking field to teach us the hacking subject which is unknown to that faculty and this was admitted by the institute staff also that they provided the inappropriate faculty.
I regularly made complaints to the staff and head department (Ms. Neha arora) but they used to say everytime that they are arranging the right faculty for our group. They did provided the faculty many times but as usual the faculty was not suitable for the course.
They wasted my whole precious time because after my graduation i opted for the course as i was interested in pursuing my future in this field and i was planning to do post graduation after that.
Due to their internal problems i lost this opportunity and for now i can not pursue thius course as i m working now and pursuing my post graduation.
I am totally dishartened, my precious time has been wasted and now they are not ready to refund the fees as well (Rs. 70000) the course fees.
So i heartly request you to please see to this matter asap.
I am attaching all the proofs for the fees which has been submitted.
