I bought this phone in october 2020, since then the phone is damaged 3 times and the apple customer care does not even care . While I am using it, it suddenly gets switched off although it has 50-60% battery . And this has happened multiple times, and I am fed up of apple services . I can not give my phone to repair for 2 weeks in every 2 months . Moreover the authorised apple dealer of Kolhapur (B2X) does not even have courtesy to pick up calls. You call them anytime of any day they will not pick the call. Bad product, worst service. I was expecting apple to be the best but it has proved that it stands no where in the competition . It was my wrong decision to buy an apple product, I will not recommend it to anyone. Apple products are a mere waste of not only money but also a customers’ time who has to continuosly ask for help from discourteous so called “Apple Services”.
