I had applied for name change/correction on 31st October, 2020 and paid the requisite fee of Rs.499 to Parsh Tax Solutions LLP through GPay. The new PAN was supposed to be sent at my residential address within 1 month from the date of application. However, over 2 and a half months has elapsed but I am yet to receive my PAN.
