Every day new damage / cheated things occurs, now the stepny have 2″ bubble, as at the time of car sold they said car had all new tryes & one of the tyre replaced (completely new), I do not understand how its possible that Estilo VXI – abs model car only 6200 kms runs at the time of delivery on dtd.[protected] have so many problems. This is regarding the same Gear problem I had faced today morning at 9:30 am when I was in my office way at Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon, the Gear lever completely jammed in neutral when I was stop for traffic at Hero Honda Chowk.
I had given my car to your workshop on 1 Dtd –[protected] – 02:27 pm – Kms-10,180, Job Card No. JC110027 & taken back on[protected]:50pm, Kms– 10,197 then in evening I went to lajpat nagar & then vikaspuri. In morning when I was in the way to office from residence my car (after serviceing / repairing from Apra workshop total 85 kms, and in morning it runs only 35 kms from vikaspuri to Hero honda, grg) Gear lever completely jammed the after spoken to Mr. Naresh Kumar I called to maruti help line no. 18004200 & Maruti Complaint reg. no. HR26BH[protected]:40am, Kms 10,283, Technicians were came from Apra auto at 10:, Technicians came from Apra auto at 10:20 am till then the gear lever jammed even I had tried so many times to shift gear in ignition on or off condition but still jammed. After some time I tried again to shift gear & its working. Your technician reached at the place and tried the gear its working. Now your technician dropped standby car[protected] at 12:00 kms – 27,978) at my office (near shani mandir, sohna steering, gurgaon) and taken back my Zen estilo VXI ABS car (kms 10,285).

Since I had purchased this car on dtd[protected] I was telling from same day so many times regarding the gear problem, but every week I was facing problem and every week I had continuos follow ups with you people,
I do not understand why there is so many problem occurs in the car when its runs only 6200 kms at the time of delivery. I had purchased this car in Rs. 3,05,000/- of year 2007 only because your sales person Mr. Ashokan / other sales person assured us that this company owned car (only used for showroom demo purpose) & it runs only 6200 kms, the car is completely new with all tryes / body. Whats the sense to buy so expensive 2007 model car.
Please keep this car with you if this car creates so many problem only in 10,000kms then what happens after 25,000kms or after warranty. I am really very disappointed / loosing faith on True Value. Where the maruti true value 120 check points gone , if this quality checks / procedure maruti follows then really I do not want this car back, at least I do not have lose more than Rs.3,05,000/-,Hundreds of follows ups by mail, phone calls, drop / receive car to workshop, justify the problem to different people like we make mistake to buy car, taking official off / short leave only for this very very good / less runs / totally untouch car.
Please check your record about how many times I sent you mails, calls, coming workshop only in 6 weeks times.

Please do the needful asap and some permanent solution.

Hi all

As I told so many times regarding the problem in the Car regarding Gear & pickup, even on highway its doesn’t have slow pickup when its run only 8500 kms total, When I bought meter shows only approx 6100kms, then how so many deffect found in this car, yesterday feels burning smell come inside & when i had stops the car and open bonut to see what happen there is some smoke, after 5 minutes i had start the car its running another is Alignment of car always get feeling left side down at the time of driving.

Please do the needfull asap 1. Gear 2. Pickup 3. Stearing Alignment 4. Burning smell during driving 5. on 19th March I was given insurance paper to endrose new Reg. No. HR26-BH-8144 (old RC- WB02-X-4289) in ICICI poliy to Ms Nijara at 3rd Floor, Apra Auto, Sector-14 but still do not have any information.

its more than a week now after you / maruti engg. inspected my car, I had asked Mr. Das on 11th April when will I come to repair my car but he said to wait, I am facing more problems to gear shifting, Pickup car, I do not understand why these problems occur in a car which runs only 6000 kms only almost a new car & inspected 120 checkpoints by maruti enggs / yours staff only after a week after purchased the car. I had purchased this car on 22nd Feb. 2010 from your true value showroom & I had spoken / went to apra auto workshop for rectify / show the problem more than 10 times only in a month period, but the problem is still there and just waiting to get it done.

After these problems now I am getting feel is this really good to buy a car from true value?

Want to know is the problems remains same or get a better solution soon (as a day passed warranty expiry time gets closer).
