After installing about 1 month back, no one have come to even check if it is working or not.
The softner is not working and is not giving soft water.
I have raised formal complaint 15 days back and still following with the customer service to send the engineer. I would have made almost 100 calls to the sales person but no response. The only response is “i have told the engineer, engieer will come today etc” but nothing and noone have come.
I want their md phone no to escalate it and take back the product and provide me the money back.
Can someone send me the company’s md mobile.
